Shipping Policy of Haya’s Creation 

For your convenience, we have formulated a simple shipping policy. We created our terms with the needs of our customers in mind. 

You must completely understand and agree to our terms before placing your order. Knowing our rules and regulations will help you have a better time shopping with Haya’s Creation. 

When Will You Get Your Order? 

Exactly when your order reaches you depends on where you live. We try our best to deliver the orders as fast as possible. But, sometimes, that can be challenging due to some unavoidable circumstances. 

• In the areas inside and near Islamabad, overnight deliveries are also available. So you can have the product just a day after you place the order. 
• We try to complete the deliveries, inside and near Pakistan, within 3 to 5 working days.
• International shipping usually takes around 15 to 20 days. 
• We deliver the orders only on working days. Weekend deliveries are not available. 

Please note that, under some circumstances, the delivery might take longer than mentioned here. In such cases, we will notify you and explain the reasons for the delay. 

What Do You Have To Do?

You should know a few more things so that you don’t run into any problems later on. 

• First, while placing the order, make sure that your address is correct. Even the tiniest mistakes in the address can cause unnecessary trouble and confusion. 
• We will deliver the order to the address provided by the customer. 
• The customer must sign the delivery when it is received.
